EXPECTED BEHAVIOR GUIDLINES - BOLYG Outreach Trip Handout #14
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR GUIDELINES
>> BOLYG Thailand Outreach Trip <<
I, _________________________________, member of the Bread of Life Youth Group Outreach Team, promise to refrain from….
Smoking cigarettes, drinking alcohol, or eating any endangered species (even if it’s on the menu).
Any form of disorderly conduct (i.e. using profanity, spitting, making graffiti, brawling).
Sharing contact information or trip logistics with those “in country” without prior knowledge and consent of the Tacketts.
Participating in any illegal activities. (Illegal from the U.S. point of view, versus the Thai point of view—important difference!)
Leaving the group for an extended period of time for any reason, unless authorized by the Tacketts.
….for the duration of the Outreach Trip to Thailand for my own personal safety and well-being—as well as the safety and well-being of the Team and those we are serving in-country. And I understand and agree that in the unlikely event that I am caught intentionally and/or repeatedly breaking any of the above Expected Behavior Guidelines (especially the ones which could endanger the group), I will be sent home on the earliest available flight, and will be held solely responsible for covering any extra charges or expenses related to the change of airplane tickets and additional ancillary transportation. Finally, I understand and agree that the Tacketts reserve full right and authority to decide if and when my deportation is deemed necessary for the safety and well-being of all involved.
